Andaman Grill: An intimate open-air seafront restaurant nestled in the Resort?s tropical landscape. A steakhouse concept with primary emphasis on chilled aged beef and secondary emphasis on succulent fresh seafood, accompanied by crisp salads, crusty hot loaves of bread and innovatively presented vegetables de jour.

Cucina: Cucina means ?kitchen? in Italian, which is reflected in the mood, design and ambiance of this upbeat restaurant, resulting in a winning combination of great food, comfortable, relaxed dining and fun entertaining service. The cuisine is the focus, with authentic yet rustic northern Italian fare that is fresh, artfully presented and full of flavor. On entering the restaurant, it feels like an old world family trattoria, reflecting years of family ownership as well as the changes over time.
