Chef Chom's Thai Restaurant: Serves authentic Thai home cooking as well as Royal Thai cuisine. Thai cuisine chefs are Chef Chom and Chef Poo. Dress is polite and smart casual. Reservations required for well appointed table. Serves fresh seafood. Open-air terrace, good view. Situated by the Lobby with a bar, offering spectacular views over the bay. Restaurant seats 120 persons at maximum both indoors and on the terrace. Open 7:00 - 10:30 am for International buffet breakfast with an open bakery making fresh-from-the-oven bread, rolls and croissants for guests' breakfast. Guests can watch their bread being baked right in front of them. Open 19:00 - 22:00 for Thai Dinner only.
Floyd's Bar: Located next to the beach. Open 22:00 to 02:00. The Butler's Restaurant serves European Cuisine. Dress is polite, smart casual. Reservations recommended. Small and intimate - 20 seats. Romantic and nice view. Seating 20 persons indoor and on the balcony. Different menu on each day of the week. Open 19:00 - 22:00. Lobby Bar - Open 9:00 - 24:00.
Floyd's Beach Bistro: Located on the beach with a separate Beach Bar. Serves Asian, European cuisine and snacks. Chefs are Chef Den and Chef Tu. Dress is casual. Open kitchen. High flamed cooking by Chef Tu. Open 11:00 - 24:00 for lunch, dinner and snacks (11:00 - 22:00 dinner menu / 22:00 - 24:00 supper menu).

Cottage Suite: Cottage Suites are on the mountain. They have one bedroom, some with a secluded bathtub on the open-air terrace and some with a second bathtub in a private garden.
Seafront Cottage: Seafront Cottages are near the beach. They have 2 separate bathtub out door and indoor.
