Cuisine Latest Recipes from Chiva-Som: You will be delighted to know that the cuisine in Chiva-Som has won many international awards for outstanding spa cuisine (notably the Conde Naste Award for best Spa Cuisine) and that you will be given a 'treat of the culinary senses' when you check into Chiva-Som.
Our concept is to provide healthy cuisine but with so much flavour you will never notice its good for you! We will introduce you to the freshest produce delicately mixed with fresh herbs and spices, flavours which will scintillate the senses and create delicious dining experiences. Our view of spa cuisine is that the moderation should be in the ingredients not the flavour.
Our chefs specially design each daily menu to offer the widest range of dishes to suit a healthy lifestyle whilst satisfying your appetite for great tasting dishes. We include the tenderest steaks, the tastiests lamb, the softest chicken, the most delicate fish, the freshest vegetables and we combine them with local herbs and spices to produce great tasting dishes.
